ABSTRACT A one-piece insert of resiliently deformable material having end portions and an integrally formed intermediate partition in combination with a finger ring having an annular groove adapted to receive the one piece insert, said intermediate parti- tion having a flat cross-sectional shape such that it is readily bendable by pressure exerted thereon by the wearer's finger, the overall length of such insert is greater than the inside diameter of the ring. - 12 -
