ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A solid composition of organic fertilizer consisting of the solid product from a desalting process, by means of phosphoric acid, and in the presence of an organic solvent, of an effluent from the industrial fermentation processes of the sugars (vinasse). Additionally, a solid composition of complex organo-mineral fertilizer is prepared by means of the addition of at least one organic or inorganic compound bearer of nitrogen or of phosphorous to the above described organic fertilizer. A process is finally described for the preparation of such solid compositions of organic fertilizer and of organo-mineral fertilizer.
