Les boussoles et les manomètres sont disposés à l'intérieur de corps profilés assujettis à des man- chons fixés autour de l'élément allongé et transmettent les mesures, au moyen d'un ensemble d'émission d'ondes hertziennes par exemple, à un capteur intérieur à l'élément allongé, qui est connecté par un câble de transmission à un ensemble de réception relié à une unité centrale installée sur le navire tracteur.
