Radicals R1, R2, R3 and R4 are hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, optionally substi- tuted phenyl or optionally substituted aralkyl; A is alkylen, cyclo- alkylen or phenylen, X is -O-, -NH- or -S- and n or m is 0 or 1.
