ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A flexible terminal point, especially for lattice work constructions comprising a tube formed terminal means, which is secured to the disc formed or shell formed bars, and which at its one end receives the bar in a manner which allows limited flexibility. Through the tube-like terminal means runs one or several tie-rods, by which the terminal means is attached to the bar, and by which the terminal means can be pretensioned, whereby load changes in the bar only to a lesser degree cause strain changes in the tie-rod while the major part of the loads in the bar is taken up by the tube- like terminal means which is set under compression forces. Coupling between terminal means and the movable bar is effected by means of a bearing socket via a rubber pad or spherical surfaces in the terminal means and movable bar. The tie-rod can be formed as one or several tie-rods, steel cables, wires or such, which can be tensioned and locked by known methods for pretensioned constructions.
