ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A foot massage plate with an edge has protuberances. These protuberances are shaped in the form of river-gravel pebbles and form a kind of "stream bed". In the plate there are cup-like depressions which, together with the edge form the contact surface of the foot massage plate. Suction cups are secured to the cup-like depressions and these secure the plate against slipping.
