PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention concerne une composition anhydre, stable à l'oxydation, d'anthraline ou l'un de ses dérivés. Cette composition contient de l'anthraline ou l'un de ses dérivés dans un support constitué (i) d'au moins un alkyl-ester d'acide gras, l'acide gras ayant de 12 à 18 atomes de carbone et le radical alkyl ayant 2 ou 3 atomes de carbone et (ii) d'au moins un agent épaississant choisi dans le groupe constitué par les silices ayant une granulo- métrie inférieure à 30 mµ et les poudres de polyéthylène ayant une masse volumique comprise entre 0,9 et 0,96 (g/cm3). Cette composition trouve son application dans le traitement des maladies de la peau, et en particulier du psoriasis.
