ABSTRACT A compressed gas sampling device includes a pressure reducing orifice to permit collection of a gas sample at a low pressure. A filter cartridge is connected between a flow meter and the pressurised source and gas passed through the cartridge for a predetermined period of time. The cartridge may then be analysed by a laboratory to determine the contaminants present in the gas.
