Abstract of the Disclosure A catalyst prepared by reacting a dihalide, such as MgCl2; a titanium compound, such as a titanium tetraalkoxide; and an electron donor to form a first catalyst component; then reacting that component with an organoaluminum halide; then reacting the resulting solid with TiCl4; and then reacting the solid after that step with HSiCl3. Also the use of the catalyst in olefin polymerization is disclosed.
