Opening and extraction cap Abstract In particular for the sterile extraction of liquids from a vessel, an opening and extraction cap, especially comprising a baby feeding teat or feeding spoon, is provided, wherein the vessel is equipped with an extraction end, closed by means of an attachment connected via a zone of weakness with the region of the extraction location at the bottle neck of the vessel, and the cap can be pushed with its open end over the bottle neck. Such an opening and extraction cap for a completely sterile, liquid-tight emptying of the vessel in a technically highly economical and easily handled simple manner, is characterized in that it possesses, at the end of its internal space remote from the open end, at least one profile element (seating opening) projecting into this space, between which element or elements the attachment can be intro- duced and which separates the attachment at its zone of weakness from the bottle neck when the cap is rotated relative to the bottle neck, the cap possesses, at its other end, an extraction opening at which the separated attachment is retained in the internal space of the cap, between cap and vessel or its bottle neck a sealing connection is pro- vided, and that, on at least a portion of the wall region of the cap extending over the bottle neck, means are provided for fixing the cap on the bottle neck (thread-like profiles).
