A B S T R A C T A cooler case of the evaporative type cooler the elements of which comprise a tank body, opposite side walls, a rear wall and a top wall, the assembly of these elements being effected by barb surfaces on some of said elements interengaging respective adjacent retaining surfaces on others of said elements, thereby reducing the number of metal fasteners used, or totally eliminating metal fasteners.
