ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An aqueous cleaning composition comprising on a weight basis from about 1 to about 10% of an organic solvent having a boiling point of from about 120 to about 285°C; from about 0.05 to about 3.0% of a non- ionic surfactant system comprising (i) from about 0 to about 25% of a first nonionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of water soluble alcohol ethoxyl- ates and water soluble alkyl phenoxy ethoxylates, and (ii) from about 75 to 100% of a second nonionic sur- factant selected from the group consisting of water insoluble ethoxylates and water insoluble alkyl phenoxy ethoxylates; an effective amount of an anionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of alkali metal magnesium, triethanolamine and ammonium salts of aliphatic sulfates having from about 10 to about 20 carbons, and water. 2435H-63
