Abstract: Disclosed is a method for processing of a photographic silver halide photographic material which comprises carrying out stabilizing processing of a photographic silver halide photographic material directly with a liquid stabilizer substantially without passing through the step of washing with water subsequent to the processing step having fixing ability, wherein processing is conducted while permitting the liquid stabilizer to contact an ion-exchange resin and/or at least a part of the overflown liquid of said liquid stabilizer after contacting the ion-exchange resin is used as the liquid stabilizer.
