ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In an apparatus, an energy supply to an electric motor in the base is supplied by means of a rechargeable battery of an electric toothbrush. For this purpose, the electric toothbrush is inserted into a toothbrush receiver of the apparatus base, exactly as into a conventional charging device. By means of this design, a mouth- and tooth-spray device of the apparatus requires no high voltage power supply connections. Instead, it is exclusively operated with low voltage. -1-
