ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Reinforced medico-surgical tubes are produced by first extruding a flexible tube, cooling it, then coiling a filament helix about the cooled tube, extruding an outer layer of flexible material over the helix and base tube, cutting the resulting laminated tube into sections and forming filament-free ends on the cut sections.
