L'invention a pour objet un procédé pour la préparation de composés de formule générale (I): (voir fig. I) où X en 5, 6, 7 ou 8 est H, halogène, alcoyle (C1-5), alkoxy (C1-4), CF3, SCF3, OCF3, R1 est H ou alcoyle (C1-4), R2 est un radical hétérocyclique éventuellement substitué par un alcoyle (C1-4) ou un phényle éventuellement substitué, R3 est un radical (voir fig. II) ou (voir fig.III), R4 étant soit H, soit (voir fig. IV), R'4 étant alcoyle (C1-4), éventuellement substitué par amino, aryle ou arylalcoyle, soit un groupement protecteur, R5 étant H, alcoyle (C1-5), aryle, arylalcoyle 4-OH benzyle, 1H-indol-3-yl méthyl, -CH2OH, (voir fig. V) ou CH2SH, les fonctions thiol et alcool étant éventuellement bloquees, sous leurs formes racémiques ou optiquement actives, ainsi que de leurs sels d'addition avec les acides. L'invention a également pour objet ces composés de formule (I) et leurs sels, lesquels possèdent des propriétes analgésiques et anti-inflammatoires et peuvent de ce fait être utilisés comme médicaments.
