Abstract Substituted 3-aminosydnonimines of the formula I Image (I) and the pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof, in which A denotes, for example, -CH2- R1 denotes hydrogen, -NO or the radical -COR4, R2 denotes, for example, alkyl having 1 to 4 C atoms, R4 denotes, for example, an aliphatic radical having 1 to 4 C atoms, are prepared by cyclization of a compound of the formula II Image (II) and, where appropriate, subsequent acylation or nitrosation, and have valuable pharmacological properties.
