-1- ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A non-toxic, non-allergenic composition that provides relief from menstrual stresses (experienced by females at puberty, during menstruation, and during psuedo menstrual cycles) wherein a single dose comprises the following: 5 000 I.U. of Vitamin D (fish oil source), 1 gram calcium carbonate, 400 mg magnesium hydroxide, 1 gram Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate), 1 gram pantothenic acid, 100 mg B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), 600 I.U. Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol), and binders.
