ABSTRACT A toy or decorative article including a wire member of malleable material which can be readily bent by hand into any desired shape which it will retain until it is reshaped, and including a plurality of attractive members which can be dis- placed along the wire. Suction cups or other mounting members are provided at the ends of the wire so that the article can be mounted on a surface with the wire suspending the members above the surface. The members may be of different sizes, configura- tions and colours, and may have other characteristics, such as being noise emitting, so as to be useful in the learning process of small children in selection, matching, etc. Alternatively, the members may be in the form of different sport articles or characters, or of a type depicting a hobby or other themes so as to form a decorative article, such as a desk toy. The articles may be loosely mounted on the wire so as to permit easy sliding and spinning on the wire, or there may be some resistance to movement on the wire of at least some of the articles so that the article will retain a position on a vertical or sloped stretch of the wire.
