ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A golf instructional aid mounted upon the golfer's head to teach and encourage head immobility during swinging of the golf club and to aid in alignment of the club swing and movement with respect to the desired direction of ball travel. A pair of parallel spaced reference elements include a reference mark permitting the golf ball to be "bracketed" between the reference elements wherein head movement is readily detected and the position of the head with respect to the ball is visible discernible.
