ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A dialing system which utilizes the keypad on teleprinters and can be retrofitted into existing teleprinter models comprises biasing and output circuitry connected to integrated circuit components having inputs to the 12 buttons of the teleprinter keypad. One embodiment of the invention has provision for automatically redialing a number which was previously unable to be reached, while a second embodiment includes a memory for storing up to 12 16 digit numbers which can be accessed through the teleprinter keypad.
