These novel compositions are character- ized in that they are constituted from: 0.001 to 10% of oligoelements 23 to 98% of a protein support 2 to 75% of polyunsaturated fatty acids and particularly polyunsaturated .omega.3 and .omega. 6 acids. The compositions are useful in dietetics and in pharmacy.
