ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A stick has a shaft and a blade integral with the shaft. The blade is attached at each of both surfaces of a wooden core material thereof with at least a fiber reinforced plas- tic plate, respectively, so as to form a pair of puck- striking surfaces. The stick is characterized in that at least one of the plurality of fiber reinforced plastic plates has fibers paralleled in one direction and that the blade is provided at an area thereof equivalent to at least a half of the entire length thereof from the tip of a toe thereof with the wooden core material having grains oriented in the direc- tion intersecting with the direction of fibers of the fiber reinforced plastic plate.
