ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Novel fluorinated alkenylene diamine derivatives are inhibitors of decarboxylase enzymes involved in polyamine formation and have the following general Formula I:- Image Formula I wherein:- Ra represents hydrogen or R2, where R2 is as defined below; Rb represents hydrogen or, when Ra is hydrogen, R2, where R2 is as defined below; Rc represents hydrogen or -COR3, where R3 is as defined below; R1 represents hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl; R2 represents C2-C5 alkylcarbonyl, phenylcarbonyl, phenyl-(C1-C4 alkyl) carbonyl, or an aminocarboxylic acid residue derived by removal of an hydroxy qroup from a carboxy moiety of an L-aminocarboxylic acid; R3 represents hydroxy, or, when Ra and Rb are both hydrogen, C1-C8 alkoxy, -NR4R5, where R4 and R5 are as defined below, or an amino- carboxylic acid residue derived by removal of a
