- 6 - TITLE DIAPER APPLICANT Evelyn Lannigan INVENTOR Evelyn LANNIGAN ABSTRACT The re-usable diaper consists of a pair of identically sized panels in the modified form of the letter "T" with opposite wings or tips that are integral and transverse to a longitudinal crotch portion terminating at a distal end. The wings are provided with a pair of loop and hook fasteners on one panel, and the other panel carries a longitudinal fastener on one of the wings as well as at least one longitudinal fasteners oriented laterally to the longitudinal axis but near the distal end of the diaper. Preferably, the central crotchregion is a multi-ply material stitched between the two panels and central yet marginal elastic margins gather the crotch region tightly around the leg of an infant.
