ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A cover for a post, beam or other elongate object is formed by interengagement of projections extended along a longitudinal edges of four elongate cover members assembled around the object. The projec- tions include interengageable hook-shaped cross-sectional shapes and are provided at the edges of flat body por- tions, having longitudinal ribs formed on major surfaces thereof for spacing the body portions from the surfaces of the object. The cover members are made of plastic by an extrusion process. -10-
