- 1 - Abstract: The present invention relates to a collapsible receptacle for handling flowable materials having inter- connected side panels defining a sidewall and a bottom panel construction. The bottom panel is comprised of a first panel with an oblong opening formed therein and a flexible spout extending through the opening in the first panel and secured about one end thereof to the panel. A second panel includes intersecting crosscuts therein of predetermined lengths forming a plurality of flaps. The flaps are folded back to define an opening therebetween and secured to define a guideway at the end of each flap. A spout cover is connected along one end between the first and second panels and extends across the opening in the second panel. The second panel is secured to the first panel so that the spout extends through the opening in the second panel. A draw rope extends through the guideways formed by the flaps for selectively enclosing the spout between the first and second panels.
