26950-3 ABSTRACT A container is disclosed which is made of metal or rigid synthetic resin material in a cylindrical shape and has a dispensing opening cut-out substantially in the whole length of the cylindrical wall. A cut-off blade is disposed in one edge of the dispensing opening, wherein a masking sheet is enclosed. The masking sheet has an unfoldable pleated ply section in one width- wise side section and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape disposed in another width-wise side section and extending along the whole longitudinal length, with the adhesive surface being exposed.
