LOTION APPLICATOR ABSTRACT A lotion applicator has an outer centrally open ring, with a lip extending inwardly from substantially the entire lower periphery of the outer ring. An inner lock- ing member is insertable through an upper periphery of the outer ring, to snugly mate with the outer ring and retain the absorbent pad therebetween, while being blocked from movement through the lower periphery of the outer ring, by the lip thereof. Such a construction avoids use of adhe- sives to attach the pad to the remainder of the applica- tor, which adhesive may be dissolved or weakened by lotion. As well, such construction allows the pad to be readily changed, particularly when different users are using the same applicator.
