A removable adjustable multi-sided mirror attachment for placement on a dental suction apparatus or dental tool, for use by a dentist or hygienist. A removable, adjustable multi-sided mirror attachment is provided for releasable mounting to a dental suction device or a dental tool, possibly a dental instrument handle. The said mirror attachment will attach, possibly by means of a clip, to the said suction device or a dental tool to afford the holder a reflected view of a desired area within a patient's mount. Adjustable reflective surface side plates are attached adjacent to and approximately at right angles to the fixed center reflective plate the mounting clip is fixed to the underside of the center reflective plate. Any of the adjustable hinged side plates can be engaged to align with the center reflective plate to extend the reflective viewing surface. This allows the operator to select the size of reflective mirrored surface needed for the specific work area within a patient's mouth.
