The present invention relates to an optical device that includes at least one MMI-waveguide and at least one Bragg-grating structure. At least one so-called access waveguide is disposed on a first side of the MMI- waveguide and at least one access waveguide is disposed on a second side of the MMI-waveguide, wherein the first and second sides are the short sides of the MMI-waveguide. The access waveguide has a so-called taper structure and the Bragg-grating structure is arranged in the MMI-waveguide.
L'invention concerne un dispositif optique comprenant au moins un guide d'onde MMI (interférence multimode) et au moins une structure réseau de Bragg. Au moins un "guide d'onde d'accès" est placé sur un premier côté du guide d'onde MMI et au moins un guide d'onde d'accès est placé sur un second côté du guide d'onde MMI. Le premier et le second côté du guide d'onde MMI sont les petits côtés de ce guide d'onde MMI. Le guide d'onde d'accès a une structure de transition progressive et la structure réseau de Bragg est placée dans le guide d'onde MMI.
