The present invention relates to a composition useful as an anti-fouling agent by inhibiting microbial growth, said composition comprising extract and/or its fractions from Zoanthus sp. and optionally de-odorizing agents anda use of producing said extract and its fractions having about 100% anti-bacterial activity fouling microbes.
