ABSTRACT The recreational gymnastic apparatus is made up of a general body which includes a type of support platform (1) for the user; some elastic means (8) foreseen under the said platform, and whose elastic means inturn form the support of the unit on the floor, and an arm (3) projected upwards from the platform, with some grasping means (4) for the user's hands. The parts that form on the one hand the platform with the elastic means, and on the other hand the grasping arm, form between themselves an acute angle and they may be articulated according to the reference(11.) The apparatus in question is foreseen to carry out jumping exercises which will be generated by body impulses of the user when he is resting his feet on the platform (1.) The jumps will be strengthened by the recovery of the elastic means (8) after their deformation caused by the resting thereof on the floor.
