The invention relates to medicine, in particular to immunoalergology and can be used for detecting to a food antigen intolerance. The aim of said invention is to accelerate and simplify a method for detecting food allergen intolerance by adults and children. The inventive method consists in incubating a food antigen with the cells of a patient heparinised blood. The test is carried out in dark blood, the incubation being carried out at the antigen dilution of 1:5000 PNU. The metabolic activation of granulocites is estimated according to the percentage thereof after said incubation, the food antigen intolerance being determined by comparing the increased index with the normal index.

L'invention appartient au domaine de la médecine et notamment à l'immuno-allergie et sert à déceler l'intolérance aux antigènes alimentaires. L'invention vise à accélérer et à simplifier le procédé pour déceler l'intolérance aux antigènes alimentaires chez les adultes et les enfants. Le procédé consiste à incuber un antigène alimentaire avec des cellules de sang héparinisé du patient. L'examen est effectué dans le sang veineux, l'incubation étant effectuée avec l'antigène avec un coefficient de dilution 1: 5000 PNU, l'activation métabolique des granulocytes est mesurée en fonction de leur pourcentage après l'incubation; l'augmentation de cette valeur par rapport à la normale indique l'intolérance à l'antigène alimentaire.
