In a case for transporting and Supporting fluorescent light(tubes) T12 - T8 it is known to have a foam core to protect the light tubes from breaking from external force. In this invention pieces of foam with cylinders are laminated and glued together to make a foam core. The lights (tubes) are inserted in cylinders( or holes) that extend lengthwise in a vertical position where they narrow down to a taper close to the bottom end of the foam core for the protection of the fluorescent light tubes contacts ( or pins). The tubes upper ends extend out of the foam core cylinders and into a piece of foam where the center has been taken (cut) out leaving an edge and glued to the foam core. The foam protective edge protects the upper ends of the tubes from external force and also provides a seat for the case cover. The case cover which has a front flap is secured to the case by means of Velcro hook-loops. In my invention the fluorescent light tubes carrying case is used for transporting and supporting the case to a stepladder or ladder with the case attachments. The installer ascends and descends the case by the shoulder strap or more convenient a small handle in the form of a loop also on the case behind the shoulder strap and the case is secured by attachments to the stepladder. A removable strap with a U shape plastic hook riveted to the strap is wrapped around the case near the case bottom and secured by Velcro (hook- loops) which are sewn to the strap (nylon webbing) ends, in this way the case can be set in an angle for easier removal of the fluorescent light tubes. The fluorescent light tubes are removed from the case by pulling on the front flap and exposing the light tubes where they are removed or inserted by the installer.
