The invention provides a device for tightening up a plurality of threaded members at the same time with proper torque without necessitating the cumbersome procedure of rotating the members one by one through a specified small angle at a time and without unequivalent tightening of the members. The tightening device 1 comprises two rotary shafts 6 each provided at a forward end thereof with a wrench portion 8 fittable to the threaded member 44, motors 3 for individually driving the rotary shafts 6 and a control unit 9 for detecting the tightening torque of each threaded member 44 and controlling the motor 3 based on the detected value to ensure proper tightening. The control unit 9 checks the tightening torque of each threaded member 44 as to whether the torque is within a predetermined range and whether the difference in tightening torque between the threaded members 44 is within a predetermined range.
Cette invention concerne un dispositif de serrage simultané d'une série d'éléments filetés selon un couple de serrage approprié, dispositif qui ne nécessite pas d'adopter une méthode fastidieuse de serrage progressif des éléments filetés tour à tour et selon un petit angle de rotation spécifié et qui assure un serrage égal de tous les éléments. L'objet de l'invention 1 comprend deux arbres rotatifs 6 portant à leur extrémité antérieure une clé ou douille 8 s'ajustant à l'élément fileté 44 correspondant, des moteurs 3 entraînant respectivement un des arbres rotatifs 6 et une unité de commande 9 destinée à détecter le couple de serrage de chacun des éléments filetés 44 et à régler le fonctionnement des moteurs 3 en fonction du couple détecté pour assurer un serrage approprié. L'unité de commande 9 contrôle le couple de serrage de chacun des éléments filetés 44 pour déterminer s'il se situe à l'intérieur d'une plage prédéterminée et vérifier si la différence de couple de serrage d'un élément fileté 44 à l'autre demeure à l'intérieur d'une plage prédéterminée.
