The invention relates to a device (1) for defrosting at least one piece of sushi (12) or similar food product using a microwave oven (9). The sushi or similar food product is of the type that comprises a main element that is to be served lukewarm, such as, for example, rice or bread, and at least one accompaniment that is to be served cold. The inventive device (1) is in the form of packaging having at least one base (2), lateral walls (3, 4, 5, 6) and an upper wall (7), the internal surface of the aforementioned base (2) being provided with a microwave-reflective layer. Said device is characterised in that the upper wall (7) is microwave permeable and comprises at least one opening (8) which is used for the insertion of the sushi (12) or similar food product. The invention also relates to a piece of sushi (12) or a similar frozen food product or a prepared sushi-based dish (12) or similar frozen food products which are characterised in that all of said products are disposed in an opening (8) of the inventive device (1).
La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif (1) pour la décongélation à l'aide d'un four (9) à micro-ondes d'au moins un sushi (12) ou aliment similaire, du type constitué d'un élément principal, destiné à être servi tiède, comme par exemple de riz ou du pain, et d'au moins un élément d'accompagnement destiné à être servi froid, ledit dispositif (1) se présentant sous la forme d'un emballage présentant au moins un fond, (2), des parois latérales (3, 4, 5, 6) et une paroi supérieure (7), ledit fond (2) présentant sur sa surface intérieure une couche réflective de micro-ondes, caractérisé en ce que ladite paroi supérieure (7) est perméable aux micro-ondes et comporte au moins un évidement (8) pour le passage dudit sushi (12) ou aliment similaire. La présente invention se rapporte également à un sushi (12) ou aliment similaire congelé ou plat préparé à base de sushi (12) ou aliment(s) similaire(s) congelé(s), caractérisé en ce que ledit ou lesdits sushi (12) ou aliment(s) similaire(s) est ou sont chacun disposé(s) dans un évidement (8) d'un dispositif (1) selon l'invention.
