Procédé de préparation d'un composé tétracyclique chiral de la formule (1), dans laquelle R représente hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle C1-C6 et Z représente oxygène, soufre ou -CH=CH-, ces composés agissant comme agonistes de la dopamine.
