It is generally understood that when someone uses a tissue, they must dispose of it in a separate container. The necessity of a separate container causes excess waste. It also adds to the spread of germs, i.e. if there is no disposal unit available there is the possibility of leaving a soiled or contaminated tissue exposed where it may be handled by others. Further, many packages or containers are "double wrapped" and sealed with plastic or paper wrapping. My invention would modify existing packaging currently being used to allow for a receptacle as well as storage section for soiled tissues and various paper products. It can literally be adapted and used for any container or package that requires its contents, (such as tissue or disposable cleaning utensils), to be disposed of. It may also be adapted and used for containers or packages that contain products that cause the necessity to wipe one's hands or face while consuming it (i.e. a food container such as a bucket of popcorn). It is designed to reduce waste, reduce the possibility of germ spread and reduce unsightly litter in our automobiles, homes, offices and streets.
