This patent relates to the obtaining of two pharmaceutical forms - pulvis and ampules of the veterinary medical preparation "Enterogenin". The bioactive ingredient of the preparation is isolated by fractionation of pig small intestinal mucosa cell, extraction with acetic acid, sedimentation with ethyl alcohol, ion-exchange chromatography and diaflo ultrafiltration in the range of 0.5 - 2 kDa. The bioactivity of the preparation is related to two nucleopeptides: guanosine tripeptide and adenosine heptapeptide. The basic criterion for the biological action of "Enterogenin" pulvis and ampules is the activation of biosynthesis of nucleic acids and specific proteins in the muscles, liver, intestines and spleen.

Obtention de deux formes pharmaceutiques, à savoir une poudre et des ampoules, de la préparation à usage vétérinaire appelée "Entérogénine". On isole l'ingrédient à activité biologique de cette préparation par fractionnement de cellules muqueuses de l'intestin grêle du porc, extraction à l'aide de l'acide acétique, sédimentation à l'aide de l'alcool éthylique, chromatographie d'échange d'ions, et ultrafiltration sur membrane du type "diaflo" entre 0,5 et 2 kDa. L'activité biologique de cette préparation est due à deux nucléopeptides, à savoir la guanosine tripeptide et l'adénosine heptapeptide. Le critère de base pour l'action biologique de la poudre et des ampoules d'"Entérogénine" est l'activation de la biosynthèse des acides nucléiques et de protéines spécifiques dans les muscles, le foie, les intestins et la rate.
