ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE CURVED PIPE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND AN APPARATUS FOR CARRYING OUT THE SAME There is disclosed a curved pipe manufacturing method and an apparatus for caring out the same. The curved pipe manufacturing method comprises the steps of providing a fixed die (1) having a curved cavity (4), an entrance opening (2) and an exit opening (3) contained therein, the curved cavity (4) being formed in a circular arc and extending from the entrance opening (2) to the exit opening (3), providing a movable block (6) having a curved mandrel (7) attached to one side thereof and an ejecting rod (8) on the other side thereof opposite to the curved mandrel (7), inserting the curved mandrel (7) into the curved cavity (4) of the fixed die (1) through the exit opening (3) therein and forming a curved annular chamber inside the curved cavity (4), pressing a work (5) with a presser rod (14) through the entrance opening (2) into the curved annular chamber to form a curved pipe (5'), arranging a stopper (21) having a through hole (40) at the portion adjacent to the exit opening (3) of the fixed die (1) so that the through hole (40) of the stopper (21) is positioned in a turning track of the curved mandrel (7) for restraining a tip end of the curved pipe (5'), moving the movable block (6) so as to remove only the curved mandrel (7) from the exit opening (3) while the curved pipe (5') being restrained from movement by the stopper (21) without being accompanied by the removal of the curved mandrel (7), inserting the ejecting rod (8) into the entrance opening (2) so as to extract the curved pipe (5') from the exit opening (3) of the fixed die (1), and recovering the curved pipe (5').
