A method/system and apparatus for information presentation and management in an online trading environment are provided. One aspect of this invention is to serve as a marketing medium for bulk seller. The bulk seller posts the product for sale using the provided web-based interface or software. On the other host side of the network several buyers are able to search for the items/services. The system is also capable of bidding among users, provision of dialogue facility between users, conducting the transaction once a mutual agreement is reached and software which help its users in reaching a decision about their sale and purchase. The system is comprised of four components, herein called Advertisement, Bargain, Tendering and Transaction. These subsystems/components interconnect to constitute the whole system.
