This invention is a device which gives the camera operator direct and immediate control over the ability to move a film or video camera. This device is also designed in such a way as to allow the camera to be moved in ways which until now were impractical. Comprised of two linear rails attached to the an extrusion, centrally mounted on a pivot bearing. A camera mounting plate serves as a carriage; and using bearings travels along the rails.
