Magnetic circuit elements, e.g. for inclusion on circuit boards including one or more windings about a toroidal core are produced by joinder of mating sheets, one or both recessed to hold the core, and each containing partial windings. Joinder is by use of an anisotropically conducting adhesive layer. The layer is applied as an uncured thermosetting adhesive containing spherical conducting particles of suchsize and distribution as to statistically result in electrical completion of windings while avoiding turn-to-turn shorting.

Composants pour circuits magnétiques, pour inclusion dans les cartes imprimées, par exemple, comportant un ou plusieurs enroulements autour d'un noyau torique, produits par la jonction de feuilles correspondantes, l'une ou les deux feuilles présentant un enfoncement pour loger le noyau, et chacune de celles-ci contenant une partie de l'enroulement. La jonction est réalisée à l'aide d'une couche d'adhésif à conduction anisotropique. La couche est appliquée sous forme d'adhésif thermodurcissable contenant des particules conductrices dont le calibre et la distribution assurent statistiquement la continuité électrique des enroulements sans court-circuitage des spires.
