The present invention provides a method for purifying a heat-resistant bio-nanocapsule composed mainly of a protein produced by using a eukaryotic cell. The method comprises heat-treating a lysate of the eukaryotic cell to remove contaminant proteins, and then subjecting the resulting product to chromatography.
L'invention concerne un procédé de purification d'une bionanocapsule résistant à la chaleur, composée principalement d'une protéine, ladite bionanocapsule étant préparée en utilisant une cellule eucaryote. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : traiter thermiquement un lysat de cellules eucaryotes afin d'enlever la protéine éventuellement contaminée ; et effectuer un traitement chromatographique du produit résultant.
