ROGERS, BERESKIN & PARR C A N A D A Title: FOOTSTOOL Inventor: MORLEY MARKSON ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A collapsible footstool is disclosed and includes a platform and a pair of legs adapted to support the plat- form in an elevated position. The legs are hinged to the platform so that they can be folded inwardly below the platform and stop means are provided for preventing out- ward movement of the legs beyond positions in which they support the platform. Bracing means are also provided and include respective struts pivotally coupled to the underside of the platform and adapted to co-operate with the legs for bracing them in their operative positions.
