ABSTRACT Agglomerated ink-containing particles formed during the fiberization of wastepaper in a dry deinking process can be condensed and streamlined in shape to render them more readily separable from the balance of the fiberized wastepaper by slurrying the fiberized wastepaper with water at a temperature of about 130°F. or greater with appropriate agitation.
