The present invention provides a synergistic method for the treatment of cancer which comprises administering to a mammalian specie in need thereof a synergistically, therapeutically effective amount of: (1) at least agent selected from the group consisting of cytotoxic agents and cytostatic agents, and (2) a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The present invention further provides a pharmaceutical composition for the synergistic treatment of cancer which comprises at least one agent selected from the group consisting of antiproliferative cytotoxic agents and antiproliferative cytostatic agents, a compound of formula (I), and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
L'invention concerne une méthode synergétique de traitement du cancer, qui consiste à administrer à une espèce de mammifère une quantité thérapeutiquement et synergétiquement efficace de (1) au moins un agent sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par des agents cytotoxiques et des agents cytostatiques, et (2) un composé de formule (I) ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce dernier. L'invention concerne également une composition pharmaceutique destinée au traitement synergétique du cancer, qui contient au moins un agent sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par des agents cytotoxiques antiprolifératifs et des agents cytostatiques antiprolifératifs, un composé de formule (I) et un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable.
