The invention concerns a method for determining an analyte in a liquid sample by means of a test system consisting of at least two compartments wherein the detection reactions necessary to determine the analyte in the liquid sample are carried out in a first compartment and an analytical determination of at least one substance which participates in the detection reactions and is different from the analyte, the indicator substance, takes place in a second compartment characterized in that the two compartments are separated in a manner which allows the indicator substance to pass into the second compartment and at least partially prevents passage of other substances that could interfere with the analytical determination of the indicator substance in the second compartment and that at least one other substance which, as a capture substance, can selectively enrich the indicator substance in the second compartment, is present in an immobilized form in the second compartment. Other subject matters of the invention are test systems for carrying out such methods and the use of these test systems for the determination of analytes according to the invention.
Méthode de détermination d'une substance à analyser dans un échantillon de liquide au moyen d'un nécessaire de test constitué d'au moins deux compartiments. Les réactions de détection nécessaires pour déterminer la substance à analyser dans l'échantillon de liquide se produisent dans un premier compartiment et une détermination analytique, d'au moins une substance qui participe aux réactions de détection et qui est différente de la substance à analyser (la substance indicatrice), se manifeste dans un second compartiment. Le système de test se caractérise par les deux compartiments séparés d'une manière qui permet à la substance indicatrice de passer dans le second compartiment et qui empêche au moins partiellement le passage d'autres substances qui risquent d'interférer avec la détermination analytique de la substance indicatrice dans le second compartiment; et par au moins une autre substance qui, en tant que substance de capture, peut sélectivement enrichir la substance indicatrice dans le second compartiment, et qui est présente sous une forme immobilisée dans le second compartiment. D'autres aspects de l'invention portent sur des ensembles de test pour mettre en oeuvre ces méthodes et sur l'utilisation de ces ensembles pour déterminer les substances à analyser.
