The present invention relates to an HBV vaccine comprising an entire hepatitis B surface antigen of L protein, M protein and S protein, in which the produced antigens form virus-like particles, and a multi-antigen vaccine further comprising an HBV core antigen in addition to the entire surface antigen, and a method for preparing the same. The vaccines provide various epitopes and have excellent immunogenicity to induce strong humoral immune responses as well as cell-mediated immune response, thereby being used as a therapeutic vaccine.

La présente invention concerne un vaccin du virus de l'hépatite B comportant un antigène entier de surface de l'hépatite B d'une protéine L, d'une protéine M et d'une protéine S, dans lequel les antigènes produits forment des particules assimilée au virus, et un vaccin à antigènes multiples comportant également un antigène principal du virus de l'hépatite B outre l'antigène entier de surface, ainsi qu'un procédé pour sa préparation. Les vaccins fournissent divers épitopes et présentent une excellente antigénicité pour induire de fortes réponses immunitaires humorales ainsi qu'une réponse immunitaire à médiation cellulaire permettant donc leur utilisation en tant que vaccin thérapeutique.
